We have a skilled and experienced team of workers including, joiners, electricians plumbers, bricklayers, stone masons, tillers, steel & metal works, and many other trades.
The company was initially established to serve as the main contractor for a project at 74 York Street, Glasgow (York Project), which consisted of complete renovation and refurbishment of an 8-story building (built in 1901) in addition to construction of a 2-story steel structure extension at its rooftop, to form four new Penthouse apartments.
Our extensive contacts with European building materials/product suppliers proved as a point of strength in a competitive market. We were able to import materials and products of the highest quality at 40-60% cheaper than any UK supplier. A survey of the similar development projects in Glasgow at the time, proved the quality of our products and finishing to be far superior to all competitors. The project was successfully completed in November 2003 and all available units sold.
The company then reorganised, re-registered and renamed itself in January 2003, in order to establish itself as a Building Construction company, and to secure contracts with various clients.
Most of the undertaken projects have been complex, challenging, and have required an unconventional and innovative approach to design, implementation and problem solving. Flexibility in thinking and innovative problem solving in renovation and restoration work is an essential quality which our company possesses both technically and practically.
